Accommodations are available in the Guest House and in the self-contained cottage all week. All of our tastefully decorated bedrooms are spacious and light and offer beautiful views of the farm. Comfortable furnishings, fine linens and original artwork enhance the natural beauty of the 100 year old rooms. A full breakfast for two of organic and farm fresh ingredients is included in the price of your room. Prices are quoted in Canadian dollars and do not include tax.

All rooms in the Guest House offer free wireless internet!

Low Season November 30th - March 30th

• The Cowichan Room
  A large room with a queen-size bed, ensuite with bath and shower. West view of the mountains to Lake Cowichan and north to the barn yard.

  Low :$130.00 (1 night), $120.00 (3 or more nights)
  Mid :$145.00 (1 night), $135.00 (3 or more nights)
  High :$169.00 ( 1 night), $159.00 (3 or more nights)
  
  
• The Koksilah Room
  A large room with a queen-size bed, ensuite with jetted tub, gas fireplace. South and west pastoral and mountain views.
  Rates:
  
  Low :$155.00 (1 night), $145.00 (3 or more nights)
  Mid :$175.00 (1 night), $165.00 (3 or more nights)
  High :$199.00 ( 1 night), $189.00 (3 or more nights)
  
  
• The Kinsol Room
  A large room with a queen-size bed, ensuite with jetted tub, single bed, gas fireplace. South and east pastoral and mountain views.

  Low :$155.00 (1 night), $145.00 (3 or more nights)
  Mid :$175.00 (1 night), $165.00 (3 or more nights)
  High :$199.00 ( 1 night), $189.00 (3 or more nights)
  
  During the summer months we do have 2 additional rooms that are available in the guesthouse:
  
• Chefs' Room (available summer months only)
  Located in the original part of the farmhouse with first growth tongue-and-groove wood walls, the Chef's room has a queen size bed and a large private, detached bathroom with a 7' clawfoot tub, sink and toilet. This is our only room with a Television.
  
  Rate: $165.00 + taxes per night, double occupancy, includes breakfast for 2
  
  
• Apprentice' Room (available summer months only)
  Next door to the Chef's room, our Apprentice room is a small but comfortable room with a single bed, however a second single/roll away bed can be added to this room. This room has a private detached bathroom with a shower sink and toilet. Perfect for a single guest or rented out together, the Chef's room and Apprentice room are especially suitable to families with older children.
  
  Rate: $120.00 + taxes per night, single occupancy, includes breakfast for 1.
  A rollaway bed can be added for $20.
  
• The Cottage
  A bright and sunny self-contained 2 bedroom cottage with kitchen, sitting room and full bathroom, perfect for family vacations. Bedroom 1 has a queen-size bed, bedroom 2 sleeps three, with bunk beds and a twin-bed. A small sitting room with a desk and day bed makes the cottage suitable as a peaceful writing retreat. Bedding, towels and all amenities included. Located near the farmhouse with views overlooking the house, fields, and mountains. Breakfast can be reserved in the farmhouse at an additional cost of $20.00 per person. Rates:
  
  Available June 15th -September 30th $950.00 per week
  
  Additional guests can be accommodated at an extra charge of $20.00.

  All rates are quoted in Canadian dollars and do not include applicable taxes. 14 days notice required for cancellation. VISA, cash and cheque accepted. No food is allowed in the rooms. If you have provisions you would like to keep cold we can provide fridge space.

• Cancellation Policy
  
  

  All reservations must be held with a Visa or Mastercard number and expiry date.

  10 to14 days prior to your requested dates of accommodations with us, we will be contacting you for a confirmation, either by e-mail or by telephone. If you do not receive this message, please call us to confirm your stay with us.

  COTTAGE: We require a $200 deposit upon confirmation of your stay with us. This amount will be charged to your credit card. In the event of a cancellation with more than 30 days advance notice, 10% will be kept for administration costs.

  ACCOMMODATIONS WITHIN THE GUESTHOUSE: Accommodations that are for more than 2 nights will require a $200 deposit upon confirmation of your stay with us. This amount will be charged to your credit card. In the event of a cancellation with more than 14 days advance notice, 10% will be kept for administration costs.

  If you cancel less than 14 days in advance of your requested stay with us we will be charging 25% of your total stay with us on your credit card that you have initially reserved your accommodations with us.

  Less than 48 hours notice, your credit card will be charges with the full price of your requested stay with us.

  Upon cancellation of your requested reservation, you must have a written confirmation that we have received your cancellation of your stay with us. If you do not receive a written confirmation of your cancellation with us, that means we have not received it. Your credit card will be charged with the full price of your requested stay with us.
  

   

• 	Fairburn's Top Dog! AJ is Darrel and Anthea Acher's farm dog, and the only dog at Fairburn Farm. We kindly request that you leave your pets at home but if you would like some canine company AJ will be glad to join you for a walk and give you a tour of the property!
